Weekly Warm-Up: 10 min. AMRAP

    + Today's Warm-up Movements:

           *Palloff Hold 2 x :20 each side

           *Burgener Clean Warm Up

 


A.​ “Big Clean Complex”

6 Sets of the Following Complex (ALL of it 6 times):

High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press

High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk

High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk

 

*Goal is to build in weight each set. Score is heaviest weight.

*Compare scores to May 2, 2018

 

**Please ask your coach if you need an alternate workout for injuries, etc.

 

 

B. 1000m Row Cool-down

Slow! just get the blood flowing to prevent soreness

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Trap Release x 2:00 each

Quad Smash x 1:00 each
