A.​ Deadlift

6 x 6 @65-70% of 1RM

*rest 60-90 seconds between sets

 

 

B. “Pins and Needles”

AMRAP 12:00
5 Strict Pull-ups                      *Banded Strict Pull-ups, or Ring Rows

10 Overhead Squats (95/65)       *no more than 50% of your 1RM

15 Deadlifts (95/65)                    *these should be LIGHT

     

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Forward Fold Stretch x 2:00

Banded Lat Stretch x 2:00 each
