A. “Quarterback”

EMOM x 25:

Minute 1: 15/12 Calorie Bike

Minute 2: 15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

Minute 3: 15/12 Calorie Row

Minute 4: 30 Reverse Lunges

Minute 5: Rest

 

*Score is total stations completed as written within the minute. A perfect score is 20.*

 

 

 

B. Mobility and Maintenance- can be done at home if needed- but do it!!

* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them. (Posters or YouTube videos)

* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
