then drop to 85% and perform 1 set of max unbroken reps

21 Dumbbell Front Squats (35’s/25’s)

500 Meter Row

*3 Rounds Each, Switching After Complete Rounds*

C. Buy-Out

Couch Stretch x 2:00 each
