60 second Run/Bike/Row (any machine you have access to)
30 seconds of Inchworms
60 seconds of Bodyweight Alternating Cossack Squats
30 seconds of Plank Hold from Push-Up Position
30 seconds of Push-Ups @ 2 seconds down, explode up
30 second Static Hold in Bottom of a Squat

  + Today's Warm-up Movements:

          *Samson Lunges (get nice stretch at the top!)

          *Pec Stretch x :30 each

          *Hugger/Skiers

 

 

A. With Equipment

9 Strict Pull-Ups

15 Hand-Release Pushups

21 Dumbbell/Kettlebell Swings

 

 

 

Without Equipment

“Farm Land”
AMRAP 15:00

15 Hand-Release Pushups
18 Bent over Backpack Rows
21 Glute Bridges

 

 

 

B. Accessories

3 sets of:
Bench Dips x 8-12 reps

Reverse Snow Angels x 20 (hold soup cans in each hand to add resistance)
