80 Double Unders / 120 Single Unders
40 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Reverse Burpees

 

 

A. Without Equipment

“Gravity”
5 Rounds For Time:

60 “Dot Hops”
40 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Reverse Burpees

 

 

 

B. But-Out

5:00 Walk cool-down

Calf Stretch x 1:00 each
