60 seconds of Russian Baby Makers

          *Calf Stretch x :30 each

          *Huggers/Skiers x 10 each

Power Snatch + High Hang Snatch

1 + 1 - Build

 

 

B. With Equipment

15 Overhead Squats (95/65)

15 Toes to Bar

 

*Every 2 Minutes (Starting at 0): 40 Double Unders / 60 Single Unders
