Take 15 minutes to build to today's 1-RM Front Squat

 

 

B. “Jack Squat”

21 – 15 – 9

Front Squat (115/80)

Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

*400 Meter Run after each round

 

 

 

C. But-Out

Couch Stretch x 1:00 each

Forward Fold Stretch x 2:00
