+ Today's Warm-up Movements:

*Banded lat stretch x :30 each

A. Front Squat

*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 75-80%

*Set 2 – 2 reps @ 85-90%

*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 90-95%

*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85-90%

*Set 5 – 3 reps @ 80-85%

B. With Equipment

“Tabata Something Else” 8 Rounds (20 Seconds On + 10 Seconds Off): Strict Pull-ups Sit-ups Push-ups Air Squats

B. Without Equipment

“Tabata Something Else” 8 Rounds (20 Seconds On + 10 Seconds Off): Odd Object Rows Sit-ups Push-ups Air Squats

C. Mobility and Maintenance- do it!!

* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them. (Posters or YouTube videos)

* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
