- Supinated Grip Pull-ups (or Negative Pull-ups) x 8-10 @2110 

- Handstand Hold x :30 - :45  (nose to wall, if possible)

- Hollow Hold x :30 - :45

 

*rest as needed, or about 1 minute between movements
