400 Meter Run
12 Toes to Bar
*Scale back the run and/or T2B so that you get at least :30 rest each round
*Compare scores to 7/19/2019
B. Two sets of:
Bulgarian Split Squat x 20 reps @ 1010
(don’t pause at the top or bottom, just constant movement; load if appropriate)
Rest 60 seconds between legs, and 2-3 minutes between sets.

Mobility/recovery work wherever you need it for 10:00
