Weekly Warm-Up: 1-2 Sets

+ Today's Warm-up Movements:

*Floor Touches

*Calf Stretch x :30 each

A.“Family Feud”

Class Divides Into 2 Teams:

AMRAP 25:00

50 Meter Sled Push (90/45)

100 Meter Wreckbag Run (50/35)

200 Meter Run

*Class divides into 2 teams. One person will complete the sled push and wreckbag run, and then the next teammate will begin with the sled push when the first teammate leaves on their 200m run. Continue down the line of teammates in this same fashion.

*Score will be total completed rounds amongst all the teammates.

B. Mobility and Maintenance- do it!!

* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them. (Posters or YouTube videos)

* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
