Speed Deadlift x 3 reps @ 70%

 

Reset the barbell every time on the floor…do not perform these touch and go.

 

 

B. “Bowflex”

5 Rounds On The 5:00

10 Strict Pull-ups

21/15 Calorie Row

10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 vDeadlifts

 

*Build in weight each round

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Straddle Forward Fold Stretch x 1:00 each way
Glute Smash x 1:00 each
