+ Today's Warm-up Movements:

*Hip Swings x 10 each way

*Warm-up your deadlift to 70%

A. Three sets of:

Deadlift x 6-8 reps @ 20X1 (about 70-75%)

Rest 20 seconds

Tall Box Jumps x 6 reps (land as high and soft as possible, then step down, reset and repeat – the goal is to jump as high as possible on every repetition)

Rest 2 minutes

B.“The Good Life”

3 Rounds for time:

500 Meter Row

12 Burpees

21 Box Jumps (24/20)

Single-Leg Forward Fold x 1:00 each

Pigeon Stretch x 1:00 each
