 Weekly Warm-Up: 1-2 Sets

  + Today's Warm-up Movements:

          *3 Touches x 5

           *Iron Cross x 10

 

 

A. 3 sets of:

Temp Deadlift x 10-8-6 reps @2011
Handstand Push-ups (or handstand hold) x MAX

Rest 2 minutes

 

B. “Shrute Farms”

AMRAP 14:00

100 Meter Farmers Carry (50’s/35’s)

15 GHD Sit-ups

100 Meter Farmers Carry (50’s/35’s)

15 Deadlifts (205/145)        *no more than 70% of your 1RM!

 

 

C. Mobility and Maintenance- do it!!

* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them. (Posters or YouTube videos)

* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
